Our Pastors

Pastor Brian Dean began working with the youth ministry at Without Walls International Church in Tampa, FL. in 2000. Working as the associate youth pastor along side Pastor Rob Mallan, Pastor Brian began to cultivate the intense call on his life to the full time ministry.

During his time at Without Walls International Church, Pastor Brian, under the tutelage of Pastors Randy and Paula White began honing in on the skills needed to reach the lost, save souls, and see lives restored. He spent the next 4 years working diligently, both day and night believing to one day minister full time and walk in his full potential in Christ.

In July 2004 Pastor Brian was given an opportunity to move to New Orleans to work for Faith Church and Pastor Michael Green. Little did he know that this was a set up by God.

Pastor Brian started working with the youth ministry that only had about 20 people, and in less than 10 months this ministry grew to 300 mighty men and women of God filled with his power and desperate for a fresh touch of his anointing each week.

On Aug 29, 2005 Faith Church and Next Level Student Ministries suffered what would be the hardest hit this ministry had ever faced. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina the entire church was spread across the nation with no idea as to the direction or the future of their very lives. The young people that Pastor Brian had been training up for the last year were now stretched all over the nation.

It was at that time that Pastor Brian began to really seek God for the next step in his life. He was offered many opportunities to leave and take a job that would make everything a lot easier but after many hours in his prayer closet alone with God he knew that he was in New Orleans for a reason. He knew his call!

During the next year Pastor Brian spent many hours working inside a mold infested building and in two different service locations helping to restore some sense of normalcy to the region and the people. During this time he began his courtship with Ms. Tiffani Luckoski, a local from Metairie, LA.

After a year of dating and many years looking, Pastor Brian and Tiffani Luckoski were married in New Orleans, LA on November 4th, 2006. After a hard year he had been blessed by God and finally found the ONE God had intended for him.

It was shortly after that, God began to speak to Pastors Brian and Tiffani about starting a church. After many hours and much prayer they decided that this was the next step for them to take together and believed that it was the right time to start a church.

The Vision God placed in their hearts would not only touch the people of this great region but help bring a positive change to the community by reaching outside of the 4 walls of the church and help restore lives.

It is Pastors Brian and Tiffani’s belief that God is not through with Louisiana and he is getting ready to pour out his spirit upon all who diligently seek him.
